Stephen F Amato, Ph.D., M.B.A. - Chief Regulatory Affairs Officer
Dr. Stephen Amato is Chief Regulatory Affairs Officer. Steve leads the Graduate Regulatory Affairs Program for Northeastern University College of Professional Studies where he developed the academic curriculum that includes medical device, pharmaceutical, diagnostic and biologic product regulation in the United States, Canada, European Union, China, India, Singapore and Latin America, regulatory of biosimilars commercialization, social media and promotional regulations and global reimbursement processes. Previous to joining academia, Steve held senior management positions in MeniGen Technologies, Anika Therapeutics and Smith and Nephew.
Steve completed a doctoral degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology and a Master's in Business Administration from Boston University.
Joseph Eichenholz, MA - Chief Health Economist
Joe Eichenholz is Chief Health Economist and serves as a strategic advisor to health care institutions and organizations across all practice settings. He conducts payer research, and organizes and directs client strategic engagements across all drug product categories and practice settings. He advises across all stages of product and technology development, clinical trials and life cycle, with a special emphasis on pricing, reimbursement and market access. He also serves as Executive Director of the Specialty Healthcare Benefits Council, a non-profit society of formulary and medical policy committee leaders and members (American Journal of Pharmacy Benefits is the official journal).
For over 25 years, he has developed and implemented strategies and tactics to support commercialization of new products and technologies, and clinical and economic best practices at multiple stakeholders, including health plans and integrated delivery networks, hospitals and health systems, Specialty Pharmacy, insurers and employers.
Earlier in his career, Joe served in the Office of the Secretary of Health and Human Services where he held a variety of positions including Director of Health Insurance and Cost Analysis, and Chief Staff Economist of the US Public Health Service. He was responsible for reimbursement policy for Medicare, Medicaid and National Health Insurance, and the interface between new technology and mainstream coverage and reimbursement.
He later joined Cigna Corporation, serving as Director of Health Policy Analysis, and then as Business Controller of Cigna Healthcare, where he was responsible for strategic and business planning, and new product development to market Cigna managed care offerings to employers, insurance brokers and employee benefits consultants.
Joe combines his experience in health economics; government; employer community; insurance; pharmaceutical, device and technology development, commercialization and marketing, and managed care to provide clients with a unique perspective and support for their strategic and business objectives.
He received BS degrees in mathematics and economics from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Stony Brook, and an MA degree in economics from Brown University.

Tim Kanter is Chief Commercial Officer. An influential consultant with more than 17 years of marketing and sales experience, Tim has a proven track record of executing major brand strategies and successfully align with client objectives. Before becoming a consultant, he was a trusted partner of several global pharmaceuticals companies - including Baxter/Baxalta, Novo Nordisk, and ALTANTA. He played key roles in the launch of a wide ranges of therapies within diabetes, hemophilia, and allergic rhinitis.
Tim holds a MBA from the University of South Florida and a BS in decision information sciences from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business.
